The Difference The difference between leasing and exclusive rights are as follows. By no means when you lease a beat do you own it. You are allowed to use it to your hearts desire without taking credit for it. You can use it for a number or times (Usually 5000). Buying exclusive rights entitles you 100% rights to the beat. It is your beat! Only by purchasing Exclusive rights can you take credit for the beat.

Do I own the track after I buy it and do I get a printed agreement?No, you do not own the track. All non exclusive beats are LEASED not SOLD. You are leasing the rights to use it. By downloading the track, you are bound to the terms and conditions of non exclusive use. All tracks are downloaded from the site and do not come with printed terms.I downloaded a beat but it's only a few seconds long what happened?Empty your cache (temp internet folder) and/or reboot and download it again... delete the first one first then re-download. It's a problem with the browser you use, I.E. times out and it thinks you got the entire file. Also, try using the windows media player, not a 3rd party player like winamp.When I buy the beat will is have the repeating tag on itNo. When you add a beat to your cart, then pay for it with paypal.com, the tag will be removed automatically. How long are the beats?Most beats are 16 bar 3 verse format (around 4 to 5 minutes) which is enough to make a song. Some beats are made as intro. If you want the beat to be longer you can loop ther beat.Can I extended/shorten any of these beats? Of course, you can customize the beats however you like. If you are unable to do it yourself, Kloud1.com will rearrange it shorter or longer if you like. We can also re-mix tracks for as low as $17.00.Who makes these beats?
